Download the PDF below. After your students have watched "What Does The Fox Say" by Ylvis, have them practice writing the high frequency word "said". For this activity the students will make a book on the different sounds various animals make. On each page of the book, students will fill in each blank with the word said. Then, they should color and personalize the book. Below are three higher order thinking questions and hypothetical answers that you can integrate into this activity.
